The draw for the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League group stage was held on August 25, 2023, in Istanbul, Turkey. The 32 teams were drawn into eight groups of four, with the teams from the same association not able to be drawn together.

Group A: Bayern Munich and Manchester United are the two favorites to top the group, but Copenhagen and Galatasaray could make things difficult for them.
Group B: Sevilla and Arsenal are the two strongest teams in the group, but PSV Eindhoven and Lens could also challenge for a place in the knockout stages.
Group C: Napoli and Real Madrid are the two favorites to top the group, but Braga and Union Berlin could make things difficult for them.
Group D: Benfica and Inter Milan are the two favorites to top the group, but Salzburg and Real Sociedad could also challenge for a place in the knockout stages.
The group stage of the UEFA Champions League will be played from September 19 to December 13, 2023. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stages.
